Are you buying a new cell phone from this "company"?   STOP!!!! Do not buy even a screw from this guy.!!! Read first.:

I bought a "Brand New" (according to the Ad) Motorola RAZR V3  cellphone about 2 months ago, from this guy. The phone I received was NOT NEW; It clearly showed some wear, but considering the money I paid for it, I decided to keep it, just to avoid investing more money in shipping.  During the first days of use, the paint from the back of the phone started to come off  just scratching it with the nail. Because the only warranty from the seller was to replace it if DOA, I decided to leave a negative feedback after trying unsuccesfully to contact them by e-mail.  The very next day they contacted me by phone. The guy (named ALEX) who spoke to me, sounded very nice, and convinced me to remove the negative feedback promising to exchange the phone for the right one; he apologized saying they mistakenly shipped a refurbished phone instead a new one. He said I would receive by e-mail an RMA number so I could return the defective phone. I waited almost a week for that RMA, until I called them. After several calls, finally contacted Alex, because the other person who took the call, knew nothing about that. Again the guy told me that I would receive the RMA by e-mail. This time he did it, so I was able to ship back the phone. After this, I had to wait almost 2 weeks to receive the replacement phone, and  surprise!!!  the new phone was worst than the first one. This time was for Cingular instead T-Mobile,  an used phone again, and something extra:  Not a US phone!!! It has like-Russian characters on the keys, along with the normal alphanumeric  characters we know.  I called them right away, and this time the person was not so friendly like the last time, clearly told me that a refund I requested "will never happen, you received a used phone in exchange of a used phone, you have used the phone almost 2 months" and left me speaking alone!

I filed a claim to EBAY,and  they responded that because the purchase of this item occurred more than 60 days ago, they could do NOTHING for me! so basically I was ripped of  in front of  EBAY! I lost more than 100 dls. because the phone stop working within few days!!

I went to check again the feedback of this seller, and I found that their rating has fallen from 98% positive two months ago to about 96% positive at this date, which means a lot of buyers are being robbed lately by these guys!!

Just check the negative feedbacks from the buyes, and you can conclude that these guys are selling refurbished cell phone as Brand new!  This is something that should be prosecuted.  These guys should be in jail!!!
