I don't know about you, but there was a time when Ebay had the Live chat icon on the front page of their site in case we had any problems with the site. Recently, they removed it from the front page and have "hidden" it from you. You need to be a bit of a sleuth to find it but it's still there, so here's a guide to give you step by step instructions to get to their help chat box, BUT before I do that may I make a suggestion that after you get your help DO FILL OUT THEIR QUESTIONAIRRE as to how the chat went and ESPECIALLY WHEN THE QUESTION GETS AROUND TO:
DO YOU THINK EBAY POLICIES ARE FAIR? Vote negatively as they DO discriminate on:
Seller's feedbacks
Price Hikes for sellers
No more free selling days (when was the last time we had that on Ebay, huh?)
OK, So here are some options to get into a live chat person:
A) On the front page of Ebay, below the Community tab there's a CONTACT US LINK, click on it.
Then, in the box write the following: confirmation registration problems. Now, you'll get a whole bunch of choices. Choose I'm having registration problem and click. That should bring you to a live chat person. Also, another option is to
B) Go to anyone of these sites which still have the live chat option on their front page:
Australia,UK, Malaysia, Phillipines and Singapore. These usually have a live chat rep, BUT be aware that they are NOT open 24 hours a day, best times for these overseas reps is daylight morning hours.
