There are alway more sellers. You should use Motorola website, that show the pictures to help determine. The retail price is about 100.00 plus. I seen geniune one's for about 70.00, which is a little more than a fake one.
I once bought a fake one (thinking it was genuine) and it started to have bad reception after a few days of use. The person on the other side started to hate it whenever I used it. The bluetooth range was not passable, becuase I had static with my Motorola SLVR being in my pocket, thus making the bluetooth useless. If you still want to try a fake, it's your choice. Bottomline to the sellers, it is the buyer RIGHTS to know if it is a fake or not.
