We thought we would buy several new items for our EBAY Store. I picked several items I thought would be able to sell quickly. I bid and won a lot of finger ring watches. We opened the package and got a surge of disappointment. The watches I bid on had colored bezels, and what they shipped had roughl;y 25% colored and 75% clear. The 12 picture set of photo's showed multiple colored bezels with ALL showing color.
I entered a dispute and it was found in favor of the seller, and the money was released for payment to the seller. I received an email message indicating that the dispute had auction photo's and not the product as received. This is absurd, as these finger ring photos were to explain the reason for the dispute. I went back to the big TERMS & CONDITIONS" pages and read how the dispute process works. The FOX is watching the Chicken Coup, in that the LIQUIDATION Company limits the dispute to a review by their own employees. They make a decision that is written in stone, and do not provide the customer an opportunity to insure that the dispute was clearly understood. FURTHERMORE, there is nothing in the dispute instructions as to where these photo's can come from.

With this denial of the dispute on a lot of NEW things, what must one develop to win a dispute of used, refurbished, shelf pulls etc etc. Of the 7 items I won, 2 did not ship, one was good. 2 had disputes denied and 2 had disputes accepted.
