LIGHT FERTILITY FIX
Doctors have long known that women with a menstrual cycle lasting 35 days or longer often have trouble conceiving.
Long periods interfere with conception because timing of ovulation may be difficult or impossible to track.
STUDY: Menstrual cycles got significantly shorter when women slept with a bedside lamp with a 100-watt bulb.
Researchers theorize that sleeping with a light enhances fertility by suppressing the production of certain hormones.
