Cheap, dishonest, and rude.....

I recently purchase 2 sets of license plate frames from licenseframeshop. One set was for my Jeep, the other for my husband's Chevy truck. I looked all over Ebay for the perfect frames. This place seemed to be the best deal for the money. I ordered the frames on Sept. 23 for $19.99 per pair plus s/h. Total came to $53.98 (s/h was $14 per pair).

After 10 days, I sent the seller an email and another email a couple days later. I didn't here from them, so I filed a dispute. I still did not get a response, so I emailed them again. Then this idiot asked me for my name and address....um, didn't I just purchase items from you? Anyway, I finally get a response on October 9 with the tracking number.

I get the plates at the post office because I wasn't home when they were delivered. I get home and open the box......wtf? The frames are high quality, but what is on the frames? STICKERS. Frickin STICKERS!! Are you serious? Crooked stickers that my 5 year old could have lined up better. Stickers will deffinately hold up in winter weather and car washes right? Also, I was suppose to get FREE screw caps....they were not in the box. So, I email the seller about the screw caps stating that I did not receive them. He then says: email us about the caps. I didn't understand his logic, so I sent another email stating: I am emailing you about the caps we didn't receive. I never heard back.

So, I left negative feedback. All of the sudden, the seller emails me religiously. Why did I leave negative feedback, why didn't I send an email about the frames (haha, I didn't eh?), do I want the s/h refund or send the frames back for a refund. Well, I thought about it. I decided to not reply and just let things go.

So I am out $54 and he now has more negs this month than he has had. That is justice enough for me and good for other buyers to see. All except that he left me negative feedback stating I am a fraud, crook, and thief. I don't understand how I am the crook when he is the one that sold crappy products and had bad communications. I wouldn't suggest that seller to my worst enemy because the guy is not honest and is a crook. Hope this helped and I hope that people research to make sure the frames are etched and that stickers aren't stuck on.

In conclusion, a few more bucks for a OEM frame or a seller that is truely confident in their product is well worth the money. Do your research and ask the seller questions! If they respond quickly, they are willing to serve you. Good luck Ebayers!
