I did buy some land in lake wales and it did say it was undeveloped, and would be developed as needed, I take it I got took. The deed is locked in my husbans file cabnet, I will have to get it from him and look. I bought it from america123 if that means anything, it said it was a camp ground but we could not build on it. if you have further imput on this please e-mail me back
