Its a craze thats swept Europe & Its arrived here!

Lagenlook is German for layered look. Its been worn by us Euro Trash for years. The USA has its own lagenlook designers, especially CYNTHIA ASHBY,BODIL,HOMEFROCKS & NOBLU.

Its ultra popular with ladies that have curves. But you can end up with the "spud" (A Potato on legs)look if you get it wrong.

The bottom layer is a dress, skirt or pants. If you are under 5ft 6, keep the pants slim leg as opposed to wide leg.

The inner layer is a long tunic, again a lighter fabric is you have curves.

The top layer is a short jacket or one of the Euro wide cut tunics made by designers like Hebbeding,Dhio, Completo Lino or similar. For an idea of how it all looks, my fav ebayer who always gets it right 100% is Hay, ebay user Havershams4u. Bear in mind, those items look fabulous on a long skinny mannequin, you have to imagine your body shape in them.
