I have been reporting these for about 6 months and you (eBay) seem to do nothing to stem the placement of these listings. My confidence in your willingness to make eBay a safe and secure environment in which to shop with peace of mind is sorely tested. I am sure I will get your standard automated response assuring me that you are doing everything you can, but actions speak much louder than words, of which I see none. I am realistic in that I am but one potential customer/user of eBay, so in the big picture, my opinion is moot. Surprise me with action, and a real response! I dare you! Show me that customer service and a genuine regard for doing honest business still exists in corporate America!
