I found this item on Craigs list.  Has scam written all over it.  I wrote and said I was interested in seeing the backhoe and this was his response.

The price I'm asking for it is $6,000 and includes the shipping/handling fees to your location.The tractor is located at the shipping company warehouse based in Idaho sealed in a cargo container ready to ship. I will sell my tractor only to the first buyer that will make a down payment of $3000. Of course, you will inspect the tractor before paying for it. The transaction will go through ebay for our own protection. They will hold and insure your money until receipt of the tractor in good condition. You will have 7 days from the time you receive the tractor to inspect it and decide if you want to keep it or not.
