Warning All I Can..

I Just got my Frank The Bunny Costume from KreationX.com.  Was SOOOO EXCITED when it finally arrived... and just in time!  My first Halloween party was in 2 days!

Well,.... now for the bad part.  It DID take a week or 2 longer than was originally promised to ship it out to me.  Then I open the box, admire the mask, slip it on and immediately it slides down my face due to absolutely NO support for the weight of the ears.  (Did I mention how excited I was to finally get my Bunny Suit?)  Then The glue started separating from the mask and the hood material  (See Below)
so, what's a heartbroken, told all his friends how he was going to be Frank for Halloween, guy gonna do now?  I tried contacting Mike at KreationX.com and all I get was an apology and an offer to refund everything if I sent it back.  WHY WOULD I WANT TO DO THAT?  I have a party in 2 days!  A party that I was SUPPOSED to go to as Frank The Bunny because I was ASSURED many times it was good quality and everything would be okay.  Did I mention that the faux fur falls out like a long haired Collie shedding in the summertime all over everything you own?

So.... heartbroken, unhappy, $500+ lighter in the pocketbook, I go to the local fabric store where I know a lady who is super cool and very creative and bribe her $50 to make the mask wearable overnight.  Meanwhile, my emails requesting for a pay pal credit of $50 to cover the costs of repairing my 'brand new' costume (which I feel is a fair request) are going unanswered.

So buyers beware of kreationx.com it LOOKS good, but who wants to pay over 500 bucks for something you have to pay MORE money to repair straight out of the overstuffed, cheap us post office box it was delivered in?
