The Minolta Dimage Z2 is a versatile, high-zoom digital camera. With three levels of quality, this 4.0 megapixel camera is perfect for family outings, sports photography, and a myriad of other events. It has a 10x optical zoom, and a 4x digital zoom for a combined 40x zoom. The lens is about 2" long when extended. It has a nice built-in flash, one of the best of it's kind. Modes featured in this model include portrait, sports, landscape, auto, night, aperture priority, shutter priority, manual, and of course digital video.
The video is either PAL or NTSC, whichever you choose. With Other features included are macro, and super macro. Super macro allows the camera to focus at distances of less than 1/2 an inch. The 2 inch LCD screen is made so it can still be seen in bright light. It takes a secure digital memory card, up to 4gb. Priced at about 90 U.S. dollars, this an affordable XLR that gets the job done.
