Kevin Trudeau is a writer of many books on memory enhancement, natural cures, weight loss, and he is probably most famous for his being the "star" of infomercials. Remember the coral calcium infomercial? That was his doing and was banned from television by the FDA who filed injunctions and fined Trudeau.

One of his most popular books, "Natural Cures "THEY" Don't Want You To Know About," has made this man a multi-millionaire--at the expense of very gullible people (me) who are desperate for better health.

Gist of the book:  The FDA is in cahoots with the pharmaceutical companies. He says this over and over again. The food products we buy in stores are all toxic, he says, causing diseases and designed to generate huge profits for the pharmaceutical industry. Trudeau suggests alternative therapies consisting of injecting yourself with questionable prescription drugs that no reasonable, sane doctor would prescribe. He says to buy only organic foods, drink lots of purified water, and stop taking all prescription medications, exercise, eat right, and get enough sleep. Now you know basically all his "natural" cures in his books and can save your money.

Trudeau is now working the weight-loss angle and preying on those desperate to lose weight. Again, exercise, eat right, take vitamins, eat organic, drink lots of purified water, and get enough sleep. This is basically information that everybody knows and if not can be had for free.

You won't find any natural "cures" or "miracles" in his books. Instead, Trudeau directs you to his website where, when you do subscribe, tells you that the information can't be listed because the government is "out to get him," and you have to contact third parties yourself who want their share of your wallet. No cures are listed on his website. No new information that can't be found elsewhere for free is there, and the website isn't updated regularly as he promises.

Basically his books are a come-on for getting suckers (like me) to invest money, lots of money, by subscribing to his website. Don't waste your money buying stuff from Kevin Trudeau. He says the same old things over and over again. There's no natural or magic cures. There's no magic weight-loss system. But there is an incredible magic money-making system that is working very well for Trudeau.

If you do buy something from him via the Internet or over the phone, be sure to check your bank statements. Regularly.

I subscribed to his website. BIG MISTAKE!!! I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against this man. If you call for the "money back guarantee," either they won't answer the phone at all, or if they do answer the phone, you'll get hung up on.

With me, he charged my bank account 10 times for one item I purchased. Additionally, even after I cancelled the website scam, I not only still got billed for the monthly fee, but I was billed three times each month for the monthly fee. After filing with the BBB, I finally got my money back after 7 months of getting the run around and much aggravation. RUN--don't walk away from any "deals" he has. That includes any of his "so-called" books.

DON'T GIVE HIM ANY FINANCIAL INFORMATION!! What happened to me was not an exception--it is the norm!

If you purchase his books or subscribe to his website, you are only giving your money to a convicted felon and notorious thief who is now hiding behind the freedom of the press--out of reach from the FDA--to elude prosecution.

Don't get taken. I was, and it took months of aggravation to get it straightened out. Meanwhile, he had my money.

Personal opinion...worse than an eBay scam artist, but probably far richer.
