The workings of a Kelly Kettle:
All Kelly Kettles consist of a hollow double walled open ended aluminum cylinder, we now have a stainless Steel model. Water is contained between the Kelly Kettles walls. Any dry wood, grass, pine needles, or leaves can be used as fuel for the kettle. There is no need for fossil fuels. Kelly Kettles are an environmentally green product.

Boiling water with your Kelly kettle;
start a good fire in the fire pan. Fill the KK 1 inch below the spout. Place on the fire pan. Continue to feed fuel down the chimney. Once you have a rolling boil close the air hole with a stone or some sand, let boil for two minutes, you have clean water for any moisture reduced drink or meal. It's lightweight and easy to use and has a  handle and chain to pour with. The  Kelly kettle comes in four sizes.
