Beware-all he wants is your pos. feedback.  Once you pay a couple thousand-he ceases to respond to your emails.  My assumption is that it is a scam.  I wrote that I wanted to come up to my property with my mother to show her and he did not respond even though I wrote him again and again, using my username.  Don't let what happened to me happen to you.
