The biggest reason sellers end up recieving negative feedback on ebay is simply due to lack of communication. As a buyer the only reason I have in the past left negative feedback is due to this lack of communication. I can deal with slow shipping, I can deal with not getting my item exactly as described and I can deal with higher than normal shipping. What I cant stand is a seller who does not return my emails.As a seller I make sure that I do follow ups between the time the auction is won and the time the package arrives at the buyers door. 90% of the people I sell to shoot me an e-mail after they recieved their product just to thank me for the great transaction. So sellers, spend a couple extra minutes to take care of the people who pay your bills.
PS - Also spend a couple extra cents and send packages First class mail. we all know ebay is a breeding ground for shipping scammers. You can send a CD,DVD,Video Game for under $2 pretty much anywhere in the US and Canada. Don't charge us $7.00 shipping and send Media Mail or Parcel Post.
