Securing Your Computer:  Keeping Windows & Your Computer Safe

There are many ways to protect your computer using Windows applications.  This method will help to make your system more secure.

Internet Explorer

• Go to TOOLS menu
• Select INTERNET OPTIONS
• Go to SECURITY TAB
• Set INTERNET ZONE's SECURITY TAB to Medium or higher
• Go to PRIVACY tab
• Set to Medium High
• You can also select Internet Explorer's Pop-UP Blocker from the PRIVACY tab
