Far too many collectors and dealers have been seduced by Grading Companies, and a chance to have Registry Sets. They've broken out coins from US Government Mint  and Proof Sets, and Commemorative Sets, to send to grading companies so they can have and sell "high grade" coins, and form so called "registry sets".  What a waste of money. First of all I would venture to guarantee that any set bought from the US Mint since the early 90s contains a majority of PF and MS 69 coins. Knowledgable people will not waste their hard earned money to grade these. Also, and most important; this leaves less intact sets in Original Government Packaging!  These original government packaged sets will rise in value, especially since the new collectors who have started with state quarters, will be seeking them out. The values of these sets are rising, and rightly so. Don't be tempted to break them up. God bless. Larry
