I just wanted to share my experience buying from vag-team1. Buyer must be careful when dealing with this seller as they sell cheap Chinese Aftermarket for VW and Audi. Their tactics is to leave you negative feedback then later on asked for mutual removal.

On March 17 this year, I bought a VW OEM Gamma V Headunit. On the page it said that the radio has RDS Support and CD Changer cable is included. Not only it takes 3 weeks to arrive, but it's not the same as the one shown on their eBay store. It does not have RDS and no CD Changer cable supplied and worse the warranty seal has been broken.

I've try to contact them 10 times asking about the radio but no reply, so I leave a neutral feedback "Item not as described" and you know what they leave me? A negative feedback "???!??". What kind of answer is that?

Later on, eBay send email to me that vag-team1 is asking for mutual removal. I have no other choice as I don't want my rating less than 100%. Luckily, now eBay does not allow negative/neutral feedback for buyer. And I hope vag-team1 learns a valuable lesson not to abuse the rating system.

Be careful buyers, from now on, I'll stick with 100% rating Seller no less.
