Its Official: Katie Holmes & Tom Cruise are Having a Baby!

Well - at least they want us to believe its official! According to the good folks at People Magazine and People.com: "Tom Cruise's fiancée, Katie Holmes, is pregnant with the couple's child, Cruise's spokesperson, Lee Anne DeVette, tells PEOPLE exclusively. 'Tom and Katie are very excited, and the entire family is very excited,' says DeVette. In June, Cruise proposed to Holmes atop the Eiffel Tower in Paris. Asked by PEOPLE at the time if the couple planned to have children, Holmes paused and then said, "Yes," as both she and Cruise broke into smiles."

Now I'm not sure how you feel about this - but I am so excited! Most of the excitment stems from the fact that these Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise are the ultimate goofballs and are amazingly bizarre - I don't believe one ounce of their phony / 30-year difference engagment and love. And I can't wait to see how they spin the new baby story - if it ever happens of course.
