I bought this pressure washer and only used it 4 times.  I let it set for 6 months and it hasn't worked since.  I contacted Karcher and they gave me names of repair stations. They also said I needed a unloading valve. I tired to purchase the unloading valve or the complete pump which they told me I needed.  "It's not available."  Only a kit for $125.00 with no gurantee that it will fix the problem.

When I contacted Karcher and they are really only interested in Sales.  If you need help Good Luck!!  I would never recommend a Karcher product!!
