RECOMMENDED KOOBA HANDBAG SELLERS

By now, if you are a Kooba fan, you have probably seen my Kooba guide on Ebay called "BEWARE! FAKE KOOBA HANDBAGS BEING SOLD AS AUTHENTIC!"

Since I'm somewhat limited in the space that is provided for these guides, I have decided to do some additional guides to better keep people informed.  This may be a slow process as I stay very busy so please be patient but there will soon be a BEWARE PART 2 guide coming that will include more pictures, as I think this is very needed.

For now, I have decided to do a separate guide to help people find the recommended Kooba sellers on Ebay.   Please understand that these are only examples of sellers who sell authentic bags and does not include all sellers who have authentic Kooba handbags listed.  The list may also include people who do not have any Kooba handbags listed presently but have sold them in the past. 

CRITERIA FOR BEING A RECOMMENDED SELLER:

• Must sell AUTHENTIC handbags ONLY
• Must have EXCELLENT feedback
• Number of items sold
• Must offer a money back guarantee on AUTHENTICITY
• Must use ACTUAL photos of the bags for sale, not stock copies of photos (i.e. No copied photos from Neiman Marcus, etc.)

Please note that the sellers I have listed, I have come across while looking for or purchasing Kooba handbags for myself or for others so I'm sure there are plenty that I miss as I'm very busy and am doing this in what little free time that I have.  I base my opinion of the sellers I recommend on a number of things, including my own observations in addition to the opinions of other Kooba fans that I communicate with who have made purchases from these sellers and who have sent me clear pictures to show authenticity.  I spend a lot of time evaluating a seller before I list them so I do feel confident in who I recommend.  I do not recommend a seller without investigating their items and feedback thoroughly.

BUT PLEASE NOTE that my opinion is in NO WAY a GUARANTEE on the authenticity of any of the handbags sold by the following sellers but I do feel confident in the sellers that I recommend below as I have observed many listings by them and/or have purchased bags from them myself.  But sellers are capable of selling anything so please update me if you see a seller that I have listed that may possibly be selling fakes now.  Some times good people turn bad so I want to be kept informed!

 I do want to point one thing out about sellers who sell on consignment for others - THEY COULD POSSIBLY SELL FAKES ALONG WITH AUTHENTIC BAGS since they are usually going by what the person tells them about the bag so I will try not to list those sellers here but this does not mean they do not have authentic bags.  Many sellers who sell on consignment sell only authentic bags but because they are usually going by the information given to them by the person selling the bag they could unknowingly be selling a replica bag.  I will list a seller who gets handbags from reputable department stores (such as store returns, etc.) for resale. 

VERY IMPORTANT:  Ask ANY seller if the handbag in the photo is the actual handbag you will RECEIVE.  REASON:  Some sellers will buy authentic handbags, take pictures of them for the listings, then return the handbags for a refund.  THEN they will sell counterfeit handbags in their place.  Scary, huh?  This is not uncommon so you have to be VERY careful of sellers who sell handbags in volumes.  Again, I strongly suggest buying from a RECOMMENDED seller (by me or someone else) or one that you are very familiar with.  And don't forget to ask PLENTY OF QUESTIONS!  If the seller seems vague or annoyed by your questions, then move on to another seller because they are probably selling fakes and that is the reason they don't like the questions.

SELLERS:  If you sell authentic handbags and do not see your name  listed, please do not take it personally, I've probably just missed you or you may not meet the above criteria (i.e. money back guarantee on authenticity).  Just bring your authentic items to my attention, supply good pictures in your listings so that I can be certain of the authenticity.  If the pictures are not clear enough and I can't be for certain, then I will not be able to list you.

Okay, back to the purpose of this guide!  The Recommended Sellers! :)  PLEASE NOTE:  All of the following sellers have authentic bags listed or have listed them in the past. I have purchased bags myself from several of these sellers (any with an asterisk). Some of these sellers may not even be selling handbags anymore as I am including some from a while back. I stay really busy and am not able to keep this as current as I would like.   I can not make any guarantees on future listings but I feel pretty confident that these sellers would never sell a fake.  If I am EVER mistaken, please bring this to my attention so that I can update my list.  I want this information to be as accurate as possible.

Ebay is a GREAT place to find AUTHENTIC Kooba handbags at some FANTASTIC prices if you know what to look for...just be careful of all the fakes as there are plenty.  The number of fakes has been reduced TREMENDOUSLY since I first put my guide on Ebay but you still have to be careful because even with Kooba and Ebay doing all they can to keep them off of here, there are still plenty that get through.

And I'll keep saying this until I'm blue in the face...buying and selling counterfeit handbags is not just tacky and tasteless...IT IS ILLEGAL! (Yes, you CAN go to jail!)  Help keep these people off of Ebay by not buying their counterfeit bags and take time to REPORT them if you receive a fake bag!  Also REPORT listings of fake bags that you see! (There is a link at the bottom of each and every listing on Ebay to "Report this Item".

SUPPORT the good sellers by buying their AUTHENTIC merchandise!
