STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAMERA. The power on button is tricked to turn on on the simplest pressure (even when you put it on the case). When it turns on, the camera keeps trying to open the lens and take it out. While doing it , the internal gears get messed. Repairing it costs 150 dollars at Kodak.
If Kodak fixes this problem on their easyshare cameras, the series might get better.
This is not an uncommon problem. Read the photo forums.
You need all the software and the device does not support download from any 3rd party software. The software consumes a lot of memory from your computer and the default settings make the program available at all times! That takes the speed of your computer down about 30%.
The resolution is decent (4.0 megas). The built in menus are faily self explanatory and there is a nice zoom in feature to review the shots taken.
