Hello, I've been a buyer /seller on e-bay for several years now. Just a few days ago I recieved an e-mail from a e-bayer with only 7 feedbacks. Letting me know that his wife had purchased a Coach handbag from a seller that I too had bought a handbag from. He told me he was letting everyone know that had bought from this seller that the handbags were a fake. I replied, Thank you but I knew the handbag I purchased was not Authentic. The listing said "NEW' handbag not Authentic handbag. ( SOMETHING TO LOOK FOR ) Does it say Authentic ?

 I bought the handbag because I liked the style not because it was a name brand or name brand knock off. Just as I told him.....You can find GREAT DEALS on e-bay but read between the lines.

 I go shopping to the Name brand dept.stores and see the handbag ( or what ever I'm shopping for). Look it over inside and out. Then I find what I'm looking for on E-BAY. Ask the questions before you purchase and does the seller have a return policy. If the seller does not take returns you can always list it on e-bay with an honest description.

This man's wife had left positive feedback for the seller and he was sending out e-mails letting everyone know they were not happy. This is not how it works. If you have a problem contact the seller in a NICE way first. Most sellers will do what it takes to make you happy. Look your item over first and make sure your HAPPY or not. Only leave feedback after the sale is complete. The feedback is to help others making a purchase .

Know what your looking for before you purchase. If it sounds too good to be true it's not !!  All NAME brand or high dollar handbags have their own markings inside and or outside. Learn what these markings are then you are armed with information and ready to shop on E-BAY . Check out the sellers feedback , I only purchase from sellers who have 98 % -100% feedback and I never buy from a one day weekend auction.  Look at how many sales they have made and how long they have been on e-bay. Remember you can't please everyone ,so read what the problem was the buyer had with the seller.
