Kijiji is a site on the internet where you can post classified ads for free. From what I understand Ebay owns KIJIJI it started in Ireland and is now known as GUMTREE. It has a head office in Canada and its has expanded to the USA. The main operations remain here in Canada. I posted some ads (as they are free) and they got deleted without any explaination upon further investigation on my part I had posted some in another province. (I thought stupid rule but I'll follow it) I went into the discussion group to talk about my problem as I was getting ignored when I hit the contact button. I contacted GUMTREE and also EBAY and both were not the least helpful (I am sure you know the way it is.. push it off to someonelse and not deal with it). I emailed Kijiji canada many times and just got ignored as well I posted my problem in the Kijiji forums. I found that there were alot of other people that had the same problem and just got ignored as well. I found out from one the users that I should contact a "GOOD" employee their and not Jean Luc (who came up with at least 1/2 a dozen excuses why I was not allowed to post {each one was WRONG}) then lied and told me that some of my customers complained (I sell jukes as a hobbie to support my collection). Then they (the good employee) reinstated my right to post ad's. I posted 2 (a couple of weeks ago) and just today they deleted them again (this time for NO REASON at all). They also banned me from the discussion group.. why??? Because I stated the truth? This tells me alot about Kijiji. The guy running the whole thing does not have a clue what is going on behind his back. Any employee can do what he wants.. when he gets called out on what he has done wrong (Heaven Forbid).. Your banned and your ads are deleted and your bocked from putting up anymore ads. How fair is that? Also they have a rediculous flagging type system that allows anyone to flag your ad! If someone dislikes your ad or if they want to iliminate the competition they just flag your ad and a Kijiji employee comes alot (without any notice) and deletes it! What kind of a backawards operation are these "MICKEY MOUSE" People running?  I would not recommend Kijiji to anyone in fact if I am asked about it I tell them what problems I have had and about the problems other uses have had as well. They do what they want, when they want and they expect people to follow rules, and when you do they can still do what they want. In my opinion Kijiji is just a plain Joke and some of the employees there are deaf and others are Vindictive, Nasty and LIERS. Someone needs to tighten the riens on these yahoo's. There is simply NO reason to conduct business like this. The old school values are GONE when it comes to Kijiji. I seriously think they hired alot of people that fell off the TURNIP TRUCK. Kijiji gets a rating of ZERO. BTW my nick there was oldstuff1967 just to let you know. NEWS FLASH. Yet again I tried to contact Kijiji yet to no avail. They ignore you. Ebay promotes this site and even "I" have found out that they wear an EBAY CANADA Badge will not do a thing about this outrage. What is wrong with these people! Customer service.. is a  "YEAH WAHAT EVER" I get a message that says "account banned" for what reason?.. NOTHING that is legitmate.. They say they will investgate and nothing happens, not a word back, they just pass the buck and just say what they want. (typical "ME" generation.. [yea I know this generation of not caring people and they are nothing more then self centred clock punchers that do MINIMAL work and are only there to collect their UNDESERVED Paycheck. Its quite obvious they are lazy, close minded fools and get a thrill out of treating people like dirt. The make up the rules as they want and if you make a complaint in the Discussion Groups your banned.. so much for free speech and being allowed to have an opinion. I am sure this generation will go bye-bye as did the dodo! ]) I will be posting with CRAIGS list where the people actually care about what you have to say. What I say is,  FIRE these self serving jerks and get some REAL people. Hire me on.. and see some REAL customer relations.  This really hurts Ebay as a company and is definately bad PR for Ebay as a whole. To date this its now July 31st 2008 I am still banned.. KIJJI is a total waste of time both DEAF and STUPID I have logged on a biddies computer and still see that GOD like jerk Jean Luc on there.. struting his stuff coming on to the "Female Customers".. now what does that tell you?? Biased you bet.. asses you bet.. will  "ANYONE LISTEN NO".. will he get fired no.. they ate simply stunned assholes! Someone needs to hold them accountable.. write them and tell them what you think and also EBAY because they own Kijiji as they own Paypal!!
