KIDZ Digital CAMERA - for Kids

This is a great little inexpensive camera for kids -- and for adults who want to learn about a digital camera before putting a lot of money into purchasing one. 

I purchased one of these Kidz cameras brand new [Cranberry RED] in November 2005, for $19.98 -- and it has worked out great for me! for my EBAY ITEM-LISTINGS.  [NOTE: I have not taken any pictures of people with this camera.]  

BRAND NEW, this CAMERA comes with:

• USB CABLE to connect to your PC to upload the pictures
• CD-ROM - for Software Installation, Driver - includes Snap Kids Program
• OWNER'S MANUAL
• Carrying/Holding STRAP

This camera uses 2 AA Batteries [not included].

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:

• Windows 98/2000/ME/XP
• Pentium-based PCs (or equivalent)
• 80 MB hard disk free space and 32MB or more of RAM
• Color display (24-bit or higher recommended)

What I have learned from using this KIDZ DIGITAL CAMERA:

• Take photos in Bright Day/Sun Light, with no shadows, or use bright spot-lighting.  You may need to re-take photos and make adjustments as necessary.
• Bright [Red, Orange] items do not appear bright and vivid;  Dark [Black] color items do not appear clear for detail-viewing.  Close-up and details vary, depending on subject and colors.  [NOTE: I have not taken any photos outdoors.]
• Although the camera comes with a software program [MY DSC] to download the photos, I use my Presto Imagefolio program to download and edit the photos.

When I started as an ebay seller in 2003, I took my planned-to-list ebay item photos with a disposable camera and my more urgent-to-list ebay items with a Polaroid Camera. 

Although this camera does not have a Viewer to Pre/View Photos, I am VERY SATISFIED with my KIDZ DIGITAL CAMERA; it serves the purpose for which I need a digital camera - and that is, IMMEDIATE CONVENIENCE:

1. TO STORE AND SAVE MY EBAY ITEM-PHOTOS to my computer or a CD, for immediate and/or later use 

2. TO INSERT MY EBAY  ITEM-PHOTOS to my listings immediately after taking the pictures

This camera is very LIGHTWEIGHT and EASY TO USE:

• INSERT 2 AA BATTERIES [Not included with camera]
• SELECT THE MODE - Hi/Lo resolution;  Hi/Low Density.  More images can be taken and stored on the camera in Lo mode.   You can select 18 images, 50 images or 152 images.  You can also perform 3 piece continuous shots [NOTE: I don't know what that feature is for].  This Camera also has automatic picture-taking with a self-timer [NOTE: I've never used this feature]
• TURN ON POWER.
• TAKE THE PICTURE(S).
• Insert the USB cable to the camera and PC to DOWNLOAD THE PHOTOS.
