I paid via PayPal in full for two items from Just Deals. They did not
ship them. After 4 days they claimed I had not paid and demanded a
'duplicate' payment. I sent them a copy of the PayPal receipt and
alerted PayPal of the 'spoof' demand for duplicate payment.I got a
'boiler plate' response from EBay.
Later Just Deals demanded payment of sales tax. This was never included in the original invoice. After protesting their incompetence ,I paid the sales tax. It is State law that all such taxes are presented and paid on the original invoice but Just Deals and Law is an oxymoron.
I paid the entire amount via PayPal, I asked that the item be shipped. Just Deals refused to ship unless I dropped my dispute. If I dropped the dispute I would have no way of forcing them to ship my items. So I said I would drop the dispute as soon as I received the correct items in good condition. They refused. I asked again, they refused.
So, reluctantly I filed a 'did not receive' complaint via PayPal.
PayPal has not helped-yet.
Beware !
