Seems to be some confusion over some details of these bags.  I have read in several places that all Juicy Couture inside bag clasp should be a heart.  This is not true, I have 2 Baby Fluff bags which I purchased from Shopbop (these are authentic, someone even used their Juicy Couture packaging as an example as being authentic) and the inside clasp is not in the shape of a heart.  There is a heart on the clasp itself, but the clasp is not a heart.  I verified this with a very helpful woman over the phone from Nordstroms.  She also added that just because the inside S/N white sticker is missing off the pink label, doesn't necessarily mean it is a fake.  She said these fall off very easily.  Just thought I would pass this on.
