I also have a JD L110 bought from Home Depot.  First thing was the cracking deck which they replace at 1yr old.  Then just out of warranty and the spindles went.  $200.00.  Then selonoid.  Now it will only move when it wants to.  Took it to JD to have it fixed and they said there was nothing wrong.  $156.00.  Got it home and it would not move again.  Some days it moves very jerky and some days won't move at all.  It is now 3yrs old.  I will never buy another JD mower.  JD wanted me to take it back to the JD dealer and pay again to have them check it out.  Just a money PIT piece of junk
