A seller with a very poor or pathetic rating, claims that they have WON a Jetski and that they are selling at a GREAT PRICE! Last week. We placed a BID for this item. However, before We BID we ask the seller: If they had the TITLE. IF THE TITLE WAS CLEAR, and the HIN number for the Jet-Ski. (The HIN, HULL ID NUMBER,is a 12 character serial number that uniquely identifies your boat. The HIN has an important safety purpose. It enables manufacturers to clearly identify for boat owners the boats that are involved in a defect notification and recall campaign. A HIN is not the same as a State registration number, which may be required to be displayed on the bow of your boat. The HIN is a Federal requirement; your boat’s registration number is a State requirement similar to the license plate on your car. FROM LAS VEGAS TO OHIO? IN 2 DAYS? WOW!!!CAN YOU SMELL THE ROTTEN FISH? THE HIN, IS LIKE A VIN NUMBER IN A CAR, AND MOST LEGITIMATE SELLERS WILL PROVIDE AS MUCH INFO ABOUT THE ITEM THAT IS FOR SALE.
