This is in regards to the Japan Diet Pills sold by the seller ricandgrata.  The name of the sellers store is Ton Ren Tang Chinese Medicines.  I am writing this review today because so many buyers seem to have questions about these weight loss pills and how they work, to the point that I am receiving personal emails asking me about them because I have purchased them more than once.  I really think if we all took time to write these reviews we would not have to worry about getting scammed or finding out exactly what side effects are, etc.  I encourage everyone to write a review about ANY diet pills you purchase on Ebay to give everyone some insight without having to first waste their money.  I started taking this product when I had reached the miserable weight of 299lbs.  When I first took it I noticed I had to force myself to eat the first 2 weeks, that I had diarrhea everyday, and I was dying of thirst all the time.   However, though smaller results than mentioned ("lose two pounds a day"), I was losing weight.  You only have to take them once a day in the morning, which is a HUGE perk for me.  I have had to stop taking them at times, sometimes up to a week or two to give myself a break on them because they do sometimes make you feel, all I can describe as weird.  Not necessarily gittery but definitly not a good feeling.  I will mention that if you have a problem with eating sugar all the time, I have definitly seen a decreased result in weight loss if you take these and eat sugar.  If you eat sugar while on these you will lose little to no weight.  Also the longer you take them the less result of weight loss you get.  The seller will simply respond exercise more or eat less (no kidding...if you exercise more and eat less you will lose weight...WOW! Thats a tip I have never heard before!)I probably have been taking these about 6 or 7 months off and on and now weight 265.  I do exercise four days a week and still eat small portion sizes.   So to answer the question, yes, they do work but slowly and yes, they do have side effects.  I also will mention that I am not endorsing these in any way but trying to give everyone some insight by documenting my experiences.  I was at a point that I probably would have drank poison if you told me that I would lose weight from it.  I will also mention that one other side effect that I have noticed is a constant dry patch in the back side of my throat that never goes away, even when not taking them.  But if you are looking to lose weight, they do help.   Hope this answers everyones questions.  Feel free to email me, my user name is peacefulpauper with any other questions.
