This juicer is amazing!  We had a small juicer from Wal-Mart and it did OK, but we noticed that the pulp was very wet and it took a lot of fruit to get the juice. Plus we had to take the time to cut the fruits and veggies. With the Jack LaLanne juicer you can put most fruits and veggies in whole and it saves SO much time. I can get almost twice as much juice with this juicer. The clean up time is cut in half as well - it is just an all around great product! I would recommend it to anyone, and have!
