We used to really like the Jabra BT500.  It was confortable and sounded fair.  However, we went through 3 in 1 year.  Jabra always replaced them under warranty, but when the 3rd broke, we made the jump to the Plantronics Voyager 510 and haven't ever looked back. 

The Voyager 510 sounds significantly better (Especially in the wind), has almost as small of a front profile, and plain old works!
