Replica Juicy Purses have flooded Ebay! Here is some info to make you an educated buyer so you don't get scammed into buying a FAKE BAG!

Please vote @ the end that this helped a little~~~

• Don't ever buy from a seller that only has a copied picture on their listing, one that is a professional pic from a store website. You do not know what you will get!
   
• Make sure the ad says 100% Authentic Juicy Couture NOT just 100% NEW
  (they try & trick you that way)
   
• Sellers that sell Authentic usually show numerous pics, they want their customers to know they are getting the real deal
  
• Authentic Juicy bags have a rectangular outer tag & on the back is a bar code with a style# ! There is a perforated tab on the bottom where there is the price, Some fakes say JUICY BEACH!Some Fakes will have a large Juicy Tag, this belongs on the clothing...not purses!
  
  *****UPDATED INFO*** As of Fall 07 Collections, now the tag is pink with a barcode, also they come with a second square tag with the Juicy Fairytale logo & Choose Juicy on it****
  
• AUTHENTIC JUICY A DULL COLORED BRASS HARDWARE/BUTTONS OR A PEWTER COLOR
• REPLICA Bags have shiney brass zippers & buttons.
• AUTHENTIC always uses a hidden magnetic closure if you see a bag w/ a shiney brass snap or button...that is A FAKE
  
• Authentic bags have a vibrant hot pink Juicy Couture tag inside(watch out on this though..lately the knockoffs are getting this too)
  Authentic Bags NEVER EVER have a plastic zipper....
  
• The Leather on Authentic bags is thick & usually has a pebbled like texture. The fake bags almost look plastic like, take a good look, usually this becomes obvious
  
• If you see ads w/ purses that have plastic covering the handles, that is usually a sign of a replica!
  
• Try to get a good look at the stitching Authentic Juicy is thick & straight. Replicas are cheapy looking & zigzagging
  
• Beware of Juicy sellers in Asian countries, that is where most of the knockoffs are made! Look at the sellers other items too, if sellers are selling a bunch of the same item, that is usually a sign that they had to buy in bulk from the fake "wholesalers" on the net.

Juicy Couture does not sell wholesale, unless you are a preapproved Boutique or major high end retail chain. Even then you have to provide photos of your actual standing store, resale license,etc. They do a severe background check. These "wholesalers" on the net are selling garbage!  I have seen photos on Ebay that use the same pics they do, & they are obviously fake. They use pics mostly of the same blonde girl & some "stylish pose" w/ the purse. BEWARE OF THOSE!

~IMPORTANT~
Bottom line! ASK QUESTIONS before buying. Also check feedback, look at what the feedback is on & make sure the person that left feedback is not a new low number, because that might signal either a fake feedback or someone who might not know better, as to if they even bought a fake.Even if the feedback is 100% doesnt always mean you are safe. I have seen this & the sellers are selling nothing but knock off garbage. So make sure you see a ton of pics & know the signs!

Here is an AUTHENTIC tag, also take note of the stitching on the silver heart, it is thick & straight.

See the interior Hot Pink Juicy tag...ALL AUTHENTICS HAVE THIS, Also note the nice pebbled leather. The cotton lining has crowns & Juicy on it. A majority of replicas will have a lining with Scottie Dogs!

The AUTHENTIC purses w/ the poms have a Juicy safety pin & the poms are sewn nicely & have real rabbit fur. The fakes have a cheaply sewn ball, that looks nothing like this!

The AUTHENTIC leather bags are soft & supple, also note the quality of the hardware & crown detailing. Also note the dull matte finish on the hardware.REMEMBER FAKES ARE SHINEY . Fakes look like plastic cheap imitation leather & have no heavy detail
