Here's one of my favorite dishes that's often requested by family for our holiday get togethers.  This has been a personal favorite since 1995.

It's really easy & extra yummy, just takes awhile to cook, so be sure and plan for that.

JIFFY TWO CORN CASSEROLE
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream style corn
1 (8 oz.)  sour cream
2 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter, melted (1/2 cup)
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Mix all together and pour into large, lightly oiled casserole dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes, careful not to overbrown top.
I hope you enjoy & please vote YES if you found helpful.
