We have sold JBL speakers several times and bought quite a few for our own use on Ebay. Little did we know that Paypal don't stand behind the Sellers, although we had been warned in advance. So we added NO WARRENTIES, or NO REFUNDS. It didn't mean a thing to PayPal or Ebay. So far they have sided with the buyer that demanded we pack it his way, n which we would have never packed it that way. He called and sent messages demanding we do everything his way, so we did, then...... he didn't want to pay the shipping. These speakers is very heavy and we don't charge extra. I think we charged maybe $4.00 for all the packing and bolts and other things he ask us to do. He was so upset with the shipping in which we had no control over, I spent a whole day searching for cheaper shipping for him, and could not find it any cheaper than what we had quoted him. Well he was upset over the shipping and when he got them, he filed a claim that they wasnt as described. All of this is so UNTRUE, they are exactly has described, but there was nothing else he could use except "not as described". Now we are talking about $300.00 and Paypal is still holding the money and siding with the buyer. So now if and when we get the speakers back, God only knows what kind of shape they will be in from the shipping back and forth. We have almost quit selling and buying on Ebay. Its like I told them, I may a little person, but the bigger you are, the harder you fall. Wonder why they are offering all these discounts to list items??? Some people is catching on to their tricks, and it is getting to the point that the only person making Money is Ebay and Paypal, because by the time you pay your fees, there is nothing left. We have spent a lot on Ebay and right now I am a Power seller, but that evidently that don't mean anything to them. Check me out the last thing I had on, went off tonight and until all this is settled I will not be listing anything else. I CLOSED my Ebay store and will probably close MY PROSTORE next. Thats more money in my pocket and less in theirs. WONDER WHEN THEY WILL WAKE UP???? krockit
