If you have paid for an item but did not receive it OR seller is not responding to your request? Or Seller is suspended by eBay?

If you have paid through paypal then use the following steps to get your refund

A: Log int o paypal account

B: Click on "Resolution Center"

C: Click  on "Report a Problem" Then CSelect "Item Dispute"

D: Follow the instructions and file your claim ASAP

If you see the message that seller is not a register member anymore then do this ASAP don’t wait.

If seller is not responding then retrieve his phone number from eBay live support, they will give you a link to get this info. Call seller ask him whats going on.

If you have paid using Money Order/ Check and eBay is not helping you then do the following to get your refund:

A: File a complaint on H**p://www.ic3.gov/complaint/       *Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3)*

B: Please read FAQ to know the process.

C: File a complaint

D: E-mail seller and tell him that you have contacted IC3 and forward him the case details.

E: You will most probably get your refund from the seller itself as no one wants to face criminal investigations.
