I guess this question may become a need.

I recently bought what I thought was a LOT of 12 PJ sets, at least that is what the listing stated that I was bidding on, Well can you amagine my surprise when I received the small bag and there was 1 set in there.

After contacting the (power) seller, I was informed that the listing was a mistake and it was for just 1 set, and she would refund the money if I sent it back, now it seems like to me that that should not be an option to correct the problem, sending the other 11 would make a better solution without involving ebay SNAD.

So now where does this leave all of us? Do we have to start questioning EVERY seller- POWER or BEGINNER as to whether there listing is correct or not, and since when did it become our fault for a MISREPRESENTED listing, If you list as a LOT you should send a LOT.
