Many of you understand what is is you need to do to make a purchase. Here at eBay we have many good resources on findng what you are looking for. I'll share a mistake I made with all of you so as you don't go through the same incident. Firs,"Investigate",meaning go to the sellers"myworld page" here you can view their feedbacks, what others say with regard to the seller.Also~very important~How long he has been in business and is he verified. What went wrong for me,well my husband, is he was too patient with a seller, communicated with him for too long and went past the 45 day mark. This 45 days is what eBay and paypal give a buyer in order to open a dispute against a seller in order to receive their item or a refund. The seller did not see his sale through by making sure the package was in my husbands hands. When you sell something you Must follow it through. This man took us past the 45 day mark and now we are out $163.99.This man's ID on eBay was nachos, so be very careful of him. He wanted us to send him more money because our package was destroyed and he had to purchase a new one and wanted us to pay for more shipping fees. This is unethical and bad business and a good way to lose customers. My final words to this is that~eBay and paypal should give the buyer more than 45 days to retrieve their refund or package.Only because we are communicating with the seller,as eBay wishes us to do and it took us past the limit. Yes I have had a problem with a buyer but I took care of the buyer, paypal froze my money until I did so. This is unfair to a buyer and eBay and paypal are allowing their name to go SOUR from an unethical buyer. I don't think they appreciate this. We have been good customers as far as buying and selling, I don't understand the theory of their not wanting to help us retrieve our money. I'm sorry but we should be given more time for communicating, which is what is asked of us, and when we do eBay and paypal turn their backs on us. One more thing, if you are new to selling, Please be sure that a buyer lets you know they are sending this package to another address instead of the registered one with eBay prior to you sending it out. I do hope I did not offend anyone by what I have stated in this guide but I am just asking for more time for the buyer to either, Receive their refund if the package did not make it to you, or make sure you get your package. After all it is their name a seller is using and I don't think I would want someone to Sour my business by being a poor salesman and not understanding all the rules of eBay and paypal.
