I purchase the international shipping labels online using PayPal and the postage amount is printed on the documents inside the plastic envelope attached to each package. The cost of insurance depends on the value of the item won and I have to buy that in person at the post office. This amount gets printed on a pink sticker and put on the front of the package. Some of my German customers thought that the amount on the pink sticker was the total shipping cost and gave me fewer stars for the feedback. I would like to ask all of my German and other international customers to please consider the total cost of the shipping when providing feedback and awarding stars for the shipping cost.
