United States Postal Service International Mail Restrictions by country (link below)
Each country restricts what sellers can send, and what buyers internationally can buy. And not all items are allow in a flat rate envelope. And it is not fun reading. At the link below you can choose country and do a quick summary of what items can, and cannot, be sent from the US to that country. (and remember almost all packages require 2976-A Customs Declaration form AND 2976-E plastic envelope FOR ALL potentially dutiable shipments -- both available free from the Post Office.)
