<ul>Seller can then Always have proof at hand that it was mailed.</ul>

<ul>Just in case it gets lost on its way the Seller can refund money back to Buyer.</ul>

<ul>Another good example is :what if auction is some how damaged,broken,ect .during shipment?</ul>
