It's really simple, but this information was difficult for me to find, so I'm sharing it with the rest of you.
1. Switch ON your phone with an accepted SIM card
2. Type *#865625#unlockcode
3. Press OK
4. Your phone would now be unlocked!
Note: The unlockcode given in step 2 is the unique unlock code for your mobile phone.
