Instatox is a skin-firming, wrinkle-smoothing serum from the Serious Skin Care line promoted by Jennifer Flavin Stallone on HSN.  The HSN price is $28.50, which can seem like a bargain if it works or a rip off if it doesn't.

If you check the responses on HSN and other product sites, the reviews are quite mixed.  Here's why:  Getting results from this product takes PRACTICE! 

Here are some hints:
Cleanse your face and put on a light moisturizer - and then go do something else until the moisturizer has completely absorbed.  Use blotting tissues to remove any excess moisturizer before applying Instatox.  Squeeze a very tiny amount of product onto the back of your hand.  Using your ring finger, apply very thin layers of the product where you have fine lines or wrinkles (eye area, forehead, nasal folds).  Keep your face expressionless for 3 MINUTES, giving the Instatox time to dry completely.  If you find a white, chalky appearance after drying, YOU HAVE APPLIED TOO MUCH.  You will need to remove and start over.  Instatox dries clear and within 3 minutes you will feel a tightening sensation and notice your lines have disappeared.  This is temporary!!  A great deal of movement or moisture will eliminate the smoothing effect.  Therefore, actors, singers or very expressive faces probably will not benefit from using Instatox. 

Don't buy this product and try it for the first time 15 minutes before a big event because you will be very sorry!  But do give it a try if you'd like smoother looking skin.
