If you are having any problems running your Zune here is a little guide to help you!

First off make sure you are running a compatible OS (operating system). If you using an Apple it will not work, that being said, the Zune will only work with Windows XP and Windows Vista.

Second, plug in your usb cable that came with your Zune.

Third, put the instalation disc into your computer and let the Automatic start-up begin.

Forth, when prompted, connect your Zune to your computer and follow the rest of the on screen instructions.
