This guy was writen for a customer but I decided to make public, It is for installing and setting up a netgear wireless router only!

Ok firstly print out this guide if you can. If you  dont have a printer then copy and paste it into wordpad.

Disconect you modem's power cable, unplug the ethernet cable that is runing from your modem and plugged into your computer.
plug the ethernet cable from the modem into the wireless  router into the jack that is to the right, its the "lone" port. 
Then plug the ethernet cable from your computer into the router, there are 4 ports, just take any of em. Once done turn on the modem and wait 30 seconds. Then turn on the router and wait a few seconds.

Make sure you use the computer that is plugged
into the router. Open your internet browser and type in the following
192.168.0.1 It will prompt you for a user name and password so just enter
"admin" and "password" It will then prompt you to run the wizard which you
should click Yes. You will most probably need to enter in your internet provider
user name and password, If you do not have this info call them up for it.

Do not change the channels or anything, If you wish to create a WEP encrypted network,
It will generate a SSID number for you which you enter into the other computers
when accessing the network. Please note that the imposibally long SSID number
only needs to be enterd once on computers conecting wirelessly.

Once the wizard completes it will direct you to netgear's website which means you set it up
successfully. If you wish to add additional computers, if they are runing
windows XP they will automaticaly detect the network so you just click "conect
to wireless network" and you are on! You might have to run the network setup
wizard which is found in "network conections" and make sure to choose "this
computer conects to the internet through a residental gateway etc...."  there
is no need to make a network disk.

The router should come with a black plastic craddle, use this to hold the router sideways up which will save you desk space.
Turn the router upside down with the antena side being ontop, then slide that
plastic point into the open hole on the router and kind of pull it down locking
it in. You can also pull up the antenna for a better transmiting signal.
