Lenmar Battery PMPARA120 installation guide for Archos AV120 / AV140
Step 1: Using a Philips screwdriver, remove the two screws from the battery cover located at the top of the PDA.
Step 2: With the screws removed, pull and hold the battery cover downward.
Step 3: While still holding downward, pull the battery cover away from the PDA and remove it from the device.
Step 4: Remove the battery by tipping the top portion of the device towards the floor. A slight shaking of the device should be enough to allow the battery to slip out. If the battery does not come out the entire way, pull it out with your fingers. Install the new battery by sliding it into the compartment. Please pay attention to have the original battery orientation (label up, minus towards top of PDA). Replace the battery compartment cover and put back the two screws. A minimum of three hours of charging will be needed before first use.
