Installing Linux on your computer is easy and will be good learning experience. Linux is a great operating system and is as good if not better than windows in some areas. Most versions of Linux are free and all you have to do is download your favorite version and burn it to a CD. Once you have burned it, place the CD in your machine and boot it up.
