I have posted a number of technical papers about fitting, finishing, and identifying various kinds of handgun grips on the website "TombstoneGrips.com". These are free, and are in PDF (Acrobat Reader) format. There is also a good deal of information in regular HTML format so you can read it with your web browser.
Ebay doesn't permit posting pictures of firearms, so you can go to the "guns" page on my store to see some of my customers' guns fitted with my grips. I've recently discontinued my long-standing eBay store, because so many of my sales are custom grips that are difficult to market without drop-down choice menus for color, medallions, pearl effects, mounting methods, etc. Nothing against eBay, just that their fixed format doesn't suit this kind of produce very well. Also I do a lot of foreign sales around the world, and anything remotely to do with firearms, such as grips, is not allowed to be sold internationally through eBay stores. And finally, I do need to show illustrations of the grips mounted on firearms, which is also a no-no with eBay stores. But I worked around all this for many years, until the volume just simply became so much greater through my own webstore that what was going through eBay was no longer cost effective, considering the policy restrictions. I closed the eBay store with a 100% satisfaction rating from my clients, and I would give eBay stores a very high rating, in spite of the unsuitable nature of the format and the restrictions imposted for firearms related products.
I want to thank all my eBay customers for their business over the years, and let you know I'm just as busy as every, only I have an on-line format that is more suited to the custom grip business rather than standard inventory items. All my grips are made to your custom order, as always!
