I was one of the unfortunate victims who purchased HP ink cartridges from this seller.  Each and every cartridge I purchased from him failed to print more than one or two pages. After looking through his negative feedbacks, there seems to be a similar pattern.  Customers complain about the poor quality of the cartridges, and the seller responds by informing the world that he stands behind his product. 

However, what is concerning is that his cartridges seem to have a failure rate ratio that to many would seem to be to high!  My theory behind his guarantee (because it happened to me) is that he will continue to send out potentially defective cartridges and hope that you will eventually: 1) fail to return the defective item(s) with a confirmation number (so that he can claim that he never received it, or; 2) that you will just simply go away. 

He knows that he holds the power because he works with very high sale volumes, and that, in spite of the returns, he will still end up making money in the end.  He knows the EBay game very well!  Hopefully, you will have read this before placing a bid on any of his items.  You might get lucky, but may also be one of those who were taken advantage of.  All I can say is "Buyer Beware".
